Our mobile kitchens combined are capable of feeding upwards of 10,000 people. Our highly qualified cooks provide firefighters with healthy and wholesome meals. Currently we have 3 active kitchens. Each kitchen is operated by a crew of 20 people. Our management team is ServSafe Certified and ensure a good meal. Our kitchens are built to provide efficient, comfortable and a safe working environment for our employees.

Once called, we can mobilize in hours bringing with us: tables, chairs, tents, lighting wash stations and beverage stations.
